Commercial models in Hong Kong often favor non-exclusive contracts because they allow greater flexibility in managing their careers. Unlike exclusive contracts, these agreements don't restrict the model to working with just one agency per region, allowing them to collaborate with several. While intensive mentorship might not be provided under such contracts, there are still significant benefits.
